Given that Bijondo SRL, with registered office in Via Giuseppe Libertini 55, 73100 Lecce, Italy, in pers. of the legal representative pt Mr/Dr. Luigi D'ITRI - hereinafter "Bijondo" - ("Promoter Company") is the owner of the website www.bijondo.com, we hereby inform you that the personal data ("Data") communicated in order to participate in the competition called "Instagram Contest: The wardrobe I would like" and to possibly collect the prize ("Participant / s" or Winner / s ") will be treated in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the legislation on privacy and the related provisions issued by the competent authorities as well as the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of confidentiality and related rights.

The person in charge of data processing is Mr. Luigi D'ITRI.
2. DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
The Data collected and processed are personal data of the Participant with reference to his instagram profile (in order to be traced in case of winning).
If the Participant has won, as drawn, the Winner will be asked to provide his/her personal data (name and surname), complete address (street, house number, city, zip code, province), telephone number, e-mail address and copy of a valid identification document, in order to ascertain their identity thus avoiding possible scams and abuses as well as to contact the Participant/Winner for service reasons related to the aforementioned prize competition.
The Data provided by the Participants/Winners will be used exclusively for the following processing purposes:
a) pre-contractual and contractual obligations, or to manage the aforementioned prize competition, as well as to guarantee its correct and regular execution in accordance with the provisions of the regulation that governs it
b) administrative-accounting purposes, or to carry out activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and functional activities for the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
c) legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by a regulation or by national and European legislation (e.g. tax legislation, concerning prize events -
Presidential Decree 430/2001).
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of data is the execution of the contract or the performance of pre-contractual and administrative-accounting activities and/or the fulfillment of a legal obligation.
The Data is processed using electronic or automated, computerized, telematic and/or paper tools and in any case with methods strictly necessary to cope with the purposes indicated above. In particular, the treatment takes place through employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, expressly identified and authorized to process according to the instructions that are given in compliance with current legislation on privacy and data security as well as by subjects external to the company organization of the Data Controller, appointed Data Processors for this purpose (pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR). The Data collected is recorded and stored in IT and/or paper archives, as well as kept and controlled with methods suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data referred to above.
the provision of Data for the purposes indicated in point 2 is mandatory to participate in the aforementioned prize competition and therefore failure to release the Data will make it impossible to participate in the competition and possibly be awarded the prizes provided for by the regulation that governs it.
The Data may be communicated, within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes referred to above and in compliance with current legislation on the subject, to the following categories of subjects: a) external natural and/or legal persons who provide services instrumental to activities of the Data Controller for the purposes referred to in point 2 above, and who are therefore involved in the organization of the prize competition "Instagram Contest: The wardrobe I would like" or external subjects who are recipients of the Data based on the management procedures of the Competition (e.g. Notary, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Development, ONLUS for prizes not collected, suppliers, consultants, companies, institutions, professional studios, etc.); b) subjects to whom such communication must be made in order to fulfill or to require the fulfillment of specific obligations established by laws, regulations and/or national and community legislation. Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, the Data will not be disclosed.
As part of the management of the relationship with the Data Controller, the transfer of Data to non-EU countries and/or to international organizations may be arranged. In such cases, the Data Controller will take all appropriate security, protection and confidentiality measures aimed at protecting the Data, in compliance with current legislation on privacy.
The Participants' and Winners' Data will be kept until the end of the procedures relating to the "Instagram Contest: The wardrobe I would like" prize competition, unless the execution of the purposes
illustrated in point 2 above requires more time or in any case according to what is necessary for the protection of the rights of the Participants/Winners, of the Data Controller and/or Data Processor.
in relation to the treatments described in this information, the Participant or Winner, as an interested party, has the right:
• access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition to the processing of data;
• to receive the Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device in order to transmit them to another data controller;
• to revoke any consent to the processing of your data, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation;
• propose a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
